I wanted to create a bakery experience that felt like luxury, even in your pajamas on a Saturday morning. To me, a cinnamon roll shouldn’t just be sweet—it should be an experience of textures. The pillowy soft center, the slight crunch of the outer edge, the silky, velvet finish of the icing. This isn’t just a bakery; it’s a passion project. We’re starting small and keeping it intentional so every single roll that leaves our kitchen is perfect.
